Diese Regeln sind von der RUS Emmels, vom KFC Olympia Recht und vom RFC St.Vith aufgestellt worden. Alle Regeln sind den drei Fußballvereinen der Gemeinde St.Vith bekannt und von den Verantwortlichen genehmigt und für gut erklärt worden.
